When you bring home a puppy from us, you’re not just adopting a new family member—you’re gaining peace of mind.

What We Guarantee

All of our parent dogs are extensively health tested to ensure the healthiest start for every puppy:

1. DNA-tested for CNM (Centro-Nuclear Myopathy), DM (Degenerative Myelopathy), EIC (Exercise Induced Collapse), and PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy)

2. OFA Certified for hips, elbows, eyes, and heart

Each puppy comes with:

30-Day General Health Guarantee from the date of delivery. Please schedule a vet visit during this time frame to confirm your puppy’s well-being.

Extended Health Protections

We offer additional coverage for hereditary conditions:

1. Hip/Elbow Dysplasia and Congenital Eye Defects: Covered until 26 months of age

2. If your puppy is diagnosed by a board-certified veterinarian (with proof via OFA grading), we will apply your full purchase price (minus shipping if applicable) toward a new puppy.

Note: To keep this guarantee valid, your puppy must be properly cared for and not be subject to malnourishment, obesity, over-exercise, abuse, injury, breeding, or ownership transfers.

Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee

We also offer a Lifetime Guarantee for:

If your puppy is found to have any of these conditions (confirmed by two licensed veterinarians and verified by microchip), your full purchase price (excluding shipping) will be applied toward a replacement puppy. Please note this guarantee does not apply to carriers of these genes.

Additional Notes:

1. We do not cover vet bills or other expenses—only the original purchase amount will be credited.

2. Puppies are sold as pet quality only. We do not guarantee specific traits such as conformation, size, coat color, or breeding potential.

3. This guarantee does not cover: undescended testicles, dew claws that regrow, umbilical hernias, or migrated microchips.
